FAQ

I’m new to barbells — is that OK?

Yes. Strength basics runs three times weekly with capped numbers. Coaches scale every movement.

What’s included in the trial?

Seven days of classes and floor access, plus a short goal session with a coach so we can place you in the right stream.

Can I freeze my membership?

Performance and Coached tiers include two freeze weeks per year. Starter can add freezes for a small admin fee.
